Are there any age restrictions?

Yes. The festival is licensed for people 18 years or older. identification will be required and under 18's WILL be refused entry.

What do I get with a VIP ticket?

The brand new VIP arena will comprise of a sumptuous 3,000 capacity tent, a huge amount of benefits and a separate campsite within the VIP area.

Various artists performing alternative and eclectic sets will host the VIP arena. Stand up comedians, burlesque performances, cocktail barmen and amazing production will give you a full programme of unrivalled entertainment throughout an action packed weekend.

Not only will Global be having an artist signing area where you can meet, greet and request your favourite disc jockey to sign your Global Gathering souvenirs; this year Global will introduce to you, The Golden Circle. Available exclusively to VIP and Cloud9 ticket holders, you will have the opportunity to watch and dance right in front of the main stage artists.

The following benefits are available in the VIP area:

  • Golden circle privileges right at the front of the main stage

    What are the Ticket booking fees?

    Weekend - General Admission = £10.50
    Weekend - VIP Ticket = £10.50

    Booking Fees are included in the displayed ticket prices.

    How do I find out about the venue?

    When will I receive my tickets?

    Tickets will be dispatched up to a week before the event. You will receive a dispatch email notifying you your tickets are on their way. However please do not contact us until 3-4 working days before the event if you have not received them.

    Your tickets will be delivered securely by courier and will require a signature on delivery. In the event that you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, either an Attempted Delivery card will be left with full contact details or the courier will contact you to rearrange the delivery at your convenience. If you receive an Attempted Delivery card, we urge you to make contact at your earliest convenience to avoid delays in redelivery. If you entered your mobile telephone number during the ordering process you may receive a text message from our delivery partner in relation to your order. In the event that it becomes impractical to use our Courier Company then tickets will be dispatched by alternative methods including Royal Mail Special Delivery or changed to Box Office Collection.

    All non-UK orders will not be dispatched to you. Please collect your tickets from the Box Office at the event. When collecting tickets please bring photographic ID (passport/driving license) and the card used to book the tickets. For further information please contact globalgathering@trinitystreetdirect.com

    What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?

    "Direct Pay Ltd" will appear on your statements. Angel Music Group is working in partnership with Direct Pay Limited in providing this service.

    Can I get a refund?
